Shipping & Return policy

Shipping is absolutely FREE for all orders placed within India we carry out shipping for all orders within India through our vendor’s registered courier partners. When you place an order on the website, you will receive an order confirmation. For items that are readily available in stock, dispatch is carried out within 3-4 business days. For all items that are not readily available, it takes anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to dispatch the order. For urgent orders, kindly Email / WhatsApp us. Please refer to the product page for product specific information on shipping, At Funky Fish, we consider Monday to Friday as business days, and Saturdays, Sundays and all Public Holidays are set as non-business days for shipping and deliveries.

International Shipping:

International shipping is available upon request via Email / WhatsApp at a flat rate.

Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. 


Modes of Payment:

You can make a purchase on FunkyFish using all major debit & credit cards (like Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Rupay and so on).

You also have the option of making a payment through Net Banking or UPI across all major Indian banks.


You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by a third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale.

  • Product/Products once delivered cannot be returned / exchanged.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. A picture of the damage or defect has to be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
  • In case of any alteration, the return shipping will be borne by the customer.
  • If an order has more than five products then it will be considered as a bulk order. Return/Refund will not be possible.
  • Discounted product/products cannot be returned.
  • We will not be able to cancel any items once an order has been placed on the website until processed.

Damaged & Defective Items:

If you happen to receive a damaged or defective product, please send us an email at with your Order No., item details and a picture showing the damage/defect on the product, within 24 hours of receiving the product.

We require that all damage/defective products be returned in their original packaging with all other items like, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.

In certain cases, return pickups might not be available and you shall have to return the item through a courier partner. Please get in touch with us at and we shall provide you with the return address.


  • The offer is only applicable on select products.
  • There will be no exchange or return of Sale products.

  • In the case that your order consists of Sale products and full-priced merchandise, your coupon or discount code will only be applied to the non-discounted product.
  • Discount will not apply on custom tailored and early delivery orders.
